One flat display fee. No commission if your home sells or rents — we are a showcase, not your agent. If we decline your home, you pay nothing.

- Ownership first. Before anything is published, you send proof that the home is yours to sell or rent — a title deed copy or written authorization. No proof, no page.
- Your details, your responsibility. You confirm your asking price, photos and description are accurate. Buyers rely on them, and we may take down a showcase we learn is inaccurate.
- Privacy by design. Your name, phone and exact address never appear on the page. Contact happens only through inquiries we forward to you.
- We don't do the deal. We display your home and forward inquiries. Negotiation, contracts and payment happen between you and the buyer — or through your licensed local agency. We never hold deposits.
- No promises we can't keep. The fee buys display, not a guaranteed sale or a guaranteed number of inquiries. You may ask us to take the page down at any time; the fee is not refundable once published, and is fully refunded if we decline or cannot publish.
How to Apply
Email service@yiyangfangchan.com with the subject “Showcase my home” and include: your city and country · whether the home is for sale or rent, and the asking price · the home type and size · 10–20 photos · your ownership proof.
We reply within 2 business days. If your home is approved, we send a payment link for the $299 fee. Your page goes live within 5 business days of payment and complete materials.
